Lead times can vary from item to item due to a variety of factors. Acryl design provides and confirms lead times at the time of order acknowledgement. Acryl design strives to achieve the highest On-Time Delivery possible.

Yes we provide a full installation service Call to confirm

We can coordinate shipping for you to anywhere with an outside shipping or courier company for a nominal fee. We do not have our own delivery trucks.

Yes there are many different types of plastics Acrylic, Polycarbonate, Petg, Polyethylene, Polypropylene etc… Acryl design has over 30 years of working with plastics and can suggest what materials will work best for your application

Ideally we require an AutoCAD file such as a DXF or DWG. we can also accept vector format files from most graphics packages AI , EPS CDR. If you are unsure please phone and we would be happy to help you out.

Sheet sizes vary; the standard sizes are 4ft x 8ft, 5ft x 8ft & 4ft x10ft Larger sheets are available please call to confirm availability

We carry 1/16″, 1/8″, 3/16″, 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″ & 1″

Clear, white & black are standard colors. There are many different colors available on special order. Call to confirm availability.

We are able to engrave on many substrates, please contact us for more information

.125″ thickness of acrylic is 2 to 3 times more impact resistant than double strength window glass, 4 to 5 times more impact resistant than wire glass or other glasses. A .250″ thickness of acrylic is 9 to 10 times more impact resistant than wire or other glasses. Acrylic is stronger, more impact resistant, lighter in weight, won’t shatter, is easier to fabricate, and can be easily formed.

Polycarbonate is strongest, followed by PETG/PET, impact modified acrylic sheet, then general-purpose acrylic sheet.

We have a full range of production equipment including 3 axis routers, 2 axis routers, flatbed UV printers, roll to roll printer, laminator, vacuum former, etc

We are open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm CST and are available outside those hours by appointment.

We have 15,000 square feet of production area

We perform prototyping services so we can manufacture one unit or small order amounts. We also do production services and can handle virtually any quantity. We can manage projects and co-ordinate between facilities & cub-contractors if required.

We work with you as you need our services. We can design, draw, graphic, prototype, manufacture, produce, assemble, kit and ship. We are happy to work with you on one, all or some of the services as required by you.
